Arrive early in summer for calm water and beautiful reflections of the surrounding peaks.
It’s one of our favorite places to start or end a day. Mornings bring paddlers and runners on the loop, afternoons fill the beach, and in the evening the whole village seems to wander down to the shoreline to watch the light fade behind the mountains.
